- Abstract:

From economic point, it cannot answer the water resource value just using either labor value theory or utility value theory.According to analysis of four-quadrant model of water resource value,we need to combine the two theories,utility value is the beginning of water resource value,however,with the demand increasing and a large devotion of laboring,labor value plays increasingly prominent role.In the all interaction process,economic and technology developing level are the determinants of water resources value theory foundation.
