- Abstract:
- By analyzing land use change and its relation with local economy development in the typical loess hilly and gully area-Ansai County, Shaanxi province, we can obviously get that: the way of land use and its type have changed, accordingly with the exploitation of oil resource, the development of county economy and the change of market structure.The reduce of arable land (especially the Sloping farmland), the increase of hi-tech, hi-value farm produce (orchard, vegetable greenhouse) and the enlargement of land use area (take woodland as an example, which has good ecological benefit) have promoted development of the 3rd industry, increase of the total volume of social retail consumer and improvement of urbanization level.And the personal net income of local farmers increased from 200 yuan in 1989 to 2000 yuan in 2004.
