Based on the field investigation, sample collection and laboratory analysis, the spatial relationship between typical plant community and soil factor was analyzed statistically in order to explore the influencing factors on soil salinization and its variation. The results showed that:(1) with the increase of soil depth, the soil water content increased gradually, and the soil salinity and conductivity had higher distribution in each layer, and the soil pH values in different profiles of different sections were alkaline in general; (2) with the increase of soil salinity, electrical conductivity and pH value, the plant diversity index and dominance index of the corresponding area decreased correspondingly; the species diversity of typical plant community was related to soil water content and pH value (p < 0.05), but had no significant correlation with soil salinity and electrical conductivity (p > 0.05); (3) the salinization of the surface soil in the study area is very serious, which has a great influence on the species diversity of the plant community, and the spatial distributions of soil water and salt are increasing from east to west.
