Soil respiration, pesticide, fertilizer use and agricultural waste such as plastic film, straw processing will produce carbon emissions and exacerbate the greenhouse effect. Agriculture has become the second largest source of greenhouse gas emissions. From the perspective of households, we discussed the household behaviors of low carbon agricultural production and applied econometric model to analyze household data based on the theory of rational behavior, planned behavior, and economic social psychological factors using household data in Dasheng Town, Shandong Province. The low carbon agricultural production behavior of household is discussed through the four econometric models established by the logic of cognition, intention and practice. The results showed that household endowments had the decisive effect on low carbon-production behavior, households on agricultural carbon dioxide emissions impact on climate change issues were close to the general level of cognition, households’ awareness of the importance of low carbon agricultural production and its willingness to produce low carbon agricultural production were at a high level and the production practice of low carbon agriculture was at the general level.
