Based on the research for the ecosystem service value of land use change, taking Three River Basin in Yunnan Province as an example, we analyze the impacts and effects of land use on ecosystem service functions. The land utilization change has finally caused whole change of the region ecosystem service function. The results show that in the unit area ecosystem service function value, the wetland ecosystem service function unit price is the highest, followed by waters and forest. The construction uses are the least, their ecosystem service function unit prices are the negative values. With respect to the local distribution, three river basin unit prices of Kunming City, Dali states and so on are high, but constructs with the place ecology function negative effect maximum value also were found in these states or cities. The total ecosystem service value of Three River Basin increased by 103.213 billion Yuan with the rate of 13.75%.
