Road running damages the soil and vegetation indirectly. Small digging area nearby G213 in suburbs of Hezuo was surveyed in the sample plots. The results show that human disturbance has caused damage to eco-environment distinctly; the restoration of soil and vegetation on human disturbance zone under natural conditions is general. Affected by the surface runoff, the restoration of the soil fertility in the center of digging areas is better than that on the slope of digging areas. The restoration of the vegetation in center of digging areas is general, and the species of vegetation between the center of digging areas and contrast are distinctly different. The restoration of the vegetation on slope of digging areas is poor because of soil fertility and restoration time. According to the results of this research, the managements should strengthen the propaganda of environment protection, develop the system of protection environment of route, and carry out the artificial restoration in the human disturbance zone.
