In order to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the spatial interpolation methods of the soil salinity spatial variation, a case study of Weiku, Oasis using four spatial interpolation methods based on ArcGIS(inverse distance weighting, spline function, Kriging, collaborative Kriging interpolation method) analyze the spatial variation of soil salt content. The best spatial interpolation method is selected through the analysis of various cross test statistic to verify the error of the evaluation data. Results show that four kinds of interpolation methods of interpolation results can reflect the spatial distribution characteristics of salt content. Simple kriging method is more suitable for the oasis surface soil salinity of spatial interpolation; Through spatial interpolation can be found that the surface soil salinity shows a tendency of high southeast, northwest low. Understanding spatial distribution of salinization is not only the benefit for rapid diagnosis of soil salinization, but also has scientific significance for management and amelioration of soil salinization.
