Through the typical sampling investigation, species diversities of plant communities in the Jiulongshan Nature Reserve were evaluated by using Simpson dominance index, Shannon-Wiener diversity index, Margalef abundance index and Pielou uniformity index. And the grey relation method was used to analyze the influence factors of species diversity. The results showed that: (1) cotinus coggygria and Platycladus orientalis were constructive species in the study area, Vitex negundo var. heterophylla was dominant shrub species, Carex lanceolata, Oplismenus undulatifolius, Galium linearifolium, Cleistogenes hancei Keng were common species in the herb layer; (2) simpson dominance index and Shannon-Wiener diversity index of simple plot 3 were higher than other plots, Margalef abundance index of simple plot 7 and Pielou uniformity index of simple plot 5 were bigger than other plots; (3) the total community diversities were significantly affected by environment factors. Simpson dominance index, Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Margalef abundance index were significantly affected by aspects of slope, and Pielou uniformity index was greatly affected by slope gradients.
