Lichi Layer is widely distributed in Taitung Coastal Range area. It’s difficult to let plant grow at vegetation exposed area in Lichi layer area, and it is easy to suffer the torrential rainfall influence and have many landslide phenomena. This study aimed at landslide hazard occurred data collection and investigation in Lichi Layer area. Satellite images were executed to distinguishing and explanation on landslide. At the same time, the electrical detection method was used to study the correlation analysis on Shanzongliao and Baohua the sliding phenomenon. According to comprehensive research, the satellite pictures executed to distinguishing and explanation on landslide that found out in 2004, 2006 and 2009, landslide area was 102 hectares in 2004, 139 hectares in 2006 and 56.5 hectares in 2009. Shown in recent years, the trend of recovery of landslide exposed area was covered by vegetation. Due to the electrical detection result in Shanzongliao and Baohua, we could know the overall resistance is less than 100 mΩ. The resistance distribution can be divided the colluvium and mudstone in Lichi layer. Resistance of colluviums fold is high and mudstone resistance is less than 35 and 20 mΩ. The overall resistance decreased with increasing depth.
