This paper built the health assessment index system of urban river ecosystem in consider of water quantity and quality, riparian, aquatic biological and river physical structure which reflect the urban river ecosystem. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used in the model of the urban river ecosystem health assessment and AHP is used to determine the index weights. Based on the choice principle of assessment index, this paper chose eight assessment index and advance five grade assessment standard, and the ecosystem health of the Hun River in Shenyang in 2009 is assessed. The result shows that the Hun River in Shenyang is at the second standard (unhealthy). The result shows that this model is accurate by comparison with other model caculation.
