Based on the radiative transfer model,atmospheric correction model has specific physical meaning,and it can be applied widely and easily.In this study,firstly the parameter determination on Landsat-5 TM image is analyzed carefully,and the atmospheric correction of the image is carried out with 6S model.Then,influence of atmospheric correction on typical object spectral response characteristics of TM image is discussed on the spectral response curves,the normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI) and visibility,respectively.The results show that:surface reflectance of typical objects decreases evidently after atmospheric correction in visible band,but in near infrared band and shortwave-infrared band surface reflectance increases.NDVI of typical objects increases after atmospheric correction.Finally,methods of the parameter determination here can be used as the reference in similar studies.
