This article choose the predictive error of root-mean-square, semivariogram and error cloud as quantitative index to explore the interpolation methods of Micro-DEM of different tillage measures in order to find the best interpolation method of the construction of Micro-DEM. The results show that: The disjunctive kriging based on geostatistical menthod is more better than others for contour tillage; Artificial digging should choose the method of local polynomial interpolation; Artificial hoeing should choose radial basis functions based on completely regularized spline; There is no more differences for linear slope among different spatial interpolation methods. This research is the theoretic base for interpolation methods of Micro-DEM under the different measures, and facilitate the further study of the mechanism of soil erosion in the sloping plantation of the Loess Plateau
