- Abstract:
- To promote the development of project for conversion of cropland to forest,the situation and external environment that the project faces are analyzed in this paper.Why and how to continue to implement the project are answered.It is pointed out that continuing to implement the project is the need of improving ecological environment,solving the‘three rural’issues and facing climate change.Now,conditions have been ripe and the project must be carried out under scientific plan in future.
