13 strains pea Rhizobia screened from Wuwei,Linxia,Qingyang and Dingxi of Gansu province were used in analogue experiments to study the adaptability of Rhizobia to NaCl and pH.The results showed that D2 survived well under 2.5%~4.5% NaCl concentration,while Q3 was tolerant to lower NaCl concentration.Among those tested strains,D2 had higher acid tolerance,while W1 had higher alkaline tolerance.
