Twenty-nine sub-regions were selected as study areas in Qinghai-Tebet Plateau based on each county data. Land degradation degree of desertification, grassland, soil erosion, soil salinization and freeze-thaw desertification were analyzed by all kinds of degradation types area of statistical data. Results showed that most severe desertification is sub-region of Lenghu and Qilianshan northland. The most severe grassland degradation is sub-region of east Zangbei and Gannan plateau. The most severe soil erosion is sub-region of Pingan, Huangyuan-Huangzhong and Zeku. The most severe soil salinization is sub-region of Geermu and Lenghu. The most severe freeze-thaw desertification degradation is sub-region of north and south Ali plateau and west Zangbei plateau. Finally, the most severe synthetical land degradation degree is sub-region of Lenghu, Gannan plateau and Qilianshan northland.
