- Abstract:
- The compensation mechanism of soil and water conservation ecology is an effectual economy policy.It can coordinate the environmental interests of legal subjects and the distribution of economic benefits, powerfully impel the conservation of water and soil work. In this paper, seven theories were proposed to be the theoretical basis of establishing compensation mechanism of soil and water conservation ecology, including complex ecosystem theory, property right theory, environment resources value theory,externality economic effect theory, public goods theory, equity theory and ecosystem ethics theory. These theories demonstrated the necessity of establishing compensation mechanism of soil and water conservation ecology.
