Based on BP network model on Matlab platform and combining mono-factor analysis and synthetic index method, it’s evaluated that precipitation and surface runoff quality in areas studied of five land uses in Jinyun Mountain. The conclusion is that compared to quality classification I of precipitation, among five land uses the surface runoff quality of agricultural land and bamboo forest is best and the value is I; the conifer-broadleaved mixed forest’s is in the middle and the value is Ⅱ; the quality of broad-leaved forest and shrub is worst and the value is Ⅲ.
