Based on datas of average winter temperature and precipitation of Diqing,Lijiang,Kunming and Xishuangbanna from 1960 to 1990,climate changes and characters on month temperature and precipitation were analyzed.The results showed that the lowest average temperature of winter has rised with liner trend of 0.475℃/10a,0.422 6℃/10a,0.254 6℃/10a and 0.348 8℃/10a from the north to the south of Yunnan in 1960-1990,in the same period,the lowest land temperature of winter has rised with liner trend of 0.871 3℃/10a,0.450 6℃/10a,0.446 6℃/10a,-0.418 3℃/10a respectively,which will produce a series of important influence on this sensitive area.This paper provides theories for social economic,environmental and sustainable development.
