Abstract:: From the perspective of ecological economics,for the purpose of ecological reconstruction and environment restoration,the paper put forward the basic ideas of eco-economic development,preliminary framework of eco-type economy and the regional ecological and economic development model in northern Shaanxi hilly and gully region of the Loess Plateau.It will realize sustainable development,thus realize the final purpose with unified ecological benefits,economic benefits and social benefit,make loess plateau hills gully district ecological environment and local social economic sustainable development.
