The desertification degree has the important influence on the soil wind erosion intensity,and it can indicate regional soil wind erosion degree in a certain significance,so discussing the relationship between them has the vital significance.This article taking the Gonghe basin of Qinghai as an example,the change of soil wind erosion is discussed along with the land desertification development.The results showed that increasing rate of moderate desertification land in the study area is 2.7%,the increasing rate of serious desertification land is 1.2%,and if the serious desertification land increases 1km2,the soil wind erosion will increase 0.43t.The basin soil wind erosion causes 2082 016.2t dust falling into the Longyangxia reservoir every year,and more than 30 million cubic meters wind-drift sand entering the storehouse district,and more than 50 million Yuan economic losses.Finally using nature and humanities material,unifying the desertification material,the main factors are analyzed which increased the soil wind erosion,and the preventing and controlling countermeasure and the opinion are proposed.
