Biodiversity is an important indicator to evaluate the ecological effect of soil and water conservation. To summarize and evaluate the ecological effects of the Loess Plateau Rehabilitation Project Phase I and Phase Ⅱ and improve the watershed management, the paper explores the indicators and methods for biodiversity monitoring and evaluation of effects of the eco-environmental changes after the completion of the project.
