- Soil and water loss has become the key factors affecting the eco-environment in the sand area in Liaocheng city. Not only the land resources, the ecological balance and the agricultural eco-environment are destroyed by soil and water loss, but also the economic development and people’s life are affected. The reason of soil and water loss was analyzed in this paper due to natural factors and human factors. The effects of soil and water loss on land resource, eco-environment, economic development were also analyzed and finally some strategies are pointed out to the soil and water conservation.
