As emerging important technical methods, the remote sensing technology (RS) and the geographic information system (GIS)are widely used in the urban planning, the nature protection area design, the region land utilization synthesis evaluates, and ecology landscape appraisal, because of their superiority such as the directive-viewing, promote and comprehensive reflection of objective world. They have been effective assistance methods to use the land reasonably. It contains dynamic monitor of the soil erosion, prevention monitor and management plan of the soil-and-water conversation, comprehensive program of public order plan, designing, evaluation of the benefit, administration and scientific research management ect.
