The daily chang of net photosynthetic rate (NPR) and its response to environment factors such as quantum radiation, relative humidity and CO2 concentration of Quercus aquifoliodes was monitored with a portable photosynthesis system. It is showed that the maximal NPR happened at 11:00,then the rate decreased and down below zero at about 20:00 in which Quercus aquifoliodes entered dark respiration. From the Quercus aquifoliodes date advancement, the leaf blade has obvious the phenomenon.Under the condition of air temperature (15.5±2)℃,relative humidity 48%±5%,and CO2 concentration 386.5 μmol/mol,the light compensation point of Quercus aquifoliodes is about 22 μmol/(m2·s) and its light saturation point is about 1 029 μmol/(m2·s).Under the condition of relative humidity 48%±5%,and CO2 concentration 381.5 μmol/mol and saturated luminous intensity 800 μmol/(m2·s),net photosynthetic rate of Quercus aquifoliodes is high at 15~30℃.
