To explore a suit of proper method of comprehensive benefit evaluation about soil and water conservation, its corresponding method was set up by the combination of Genetic algorithms and Euclidean distance criterion, and was validated in this city of Dandong city.In the example, conclusion was accepted by using the former method that comprehensive benefit of Dasha river is the best and comprehensive benefit of Dayang River and other rivers belonging to Yalu river are the worst. It had the same coherence with the result by analyzing the satellite pictures. The result indicated that the mathematical method not only was feasible, but also overcame the artificial subjectivity. Therefore the prediction result of the model was more objective and fair.
