- Abstract:An index system of benifits assessment of urban land use in Ji’nan City is set up by selecting essiential certain indexes related with benifits of land use.By the combination of entropy-right method and comprehensive appraisal method,this paper makes an assessment on the urban land use benefits.The paper uses entropy-right method to calculate the weights of assessment indices and uses weighted index summation method to calculate the integration index of land use benefits at the time scale(1995-2003) in Ji’nan city.The results shows that the urban land use benefits are increasing since 1995,especially the land use benefits are clearly increasing after 1997,but with a small fluctuation sometimes.The paper analyzes the dynamic changes of the past nine years in Ji’nan city,which are useful in concluding suggestions for the further development of land use of Ji’nan city.
