This text has lead in an improved mutative scale chaos optimization algorithm to solve water production function model on the basis of Visual Basic programming.We applied Chaos algorithms to optimize the design of irrigation systems, contrasting with the dynamic planning algorithm through the experiment date of the spring wheat in Hexiwuwei oasis.It has proved that in some extent we can really improve the precision and speed of the irrigation system optimization design when using Chaos optimization algorithms.
