The Karst development laws on the vertical and surface are determined through the analysis on the 119 holes data that it exposed the number of the cave, the relation of the line rate of cave and the elevation, the shape, location and the distribution of the strong strap radial flow, and explained the development mechanism of the Karst according to the rock material base, structure condition, hydrochemistry characteristic, and the function of the water circulation replace.The result of study shows: the Karst development has nonhomogeneity on the surface and layered distribution on the vertical.The former embodied the karst development is influenced by such factors as the stratum and rock, geological structure and hydrology geological condition factor etc.; And the latter reflected the intermission rises new tectonic movement, corroding and corrosion datum level, the change of the solvable rock’s emergence thickness controlled the karst development.
