Abstract:: Under human disturbance,physical geographical elements of karst regions have undergone great changes,among which is serious rock desertification.As an increasing menace,it has jeopardized people’s basic survival conditions,with poverty as a common phenomenon.The author first analyzes the process of ecological degradation in Karst regions,then trys to explore a possible model of ecological rehabilitation and eliminating poverty in such regions,with Daguan village,Luodian county,Guizhou Province as an example.
