- By means of the situation and danger analysis about soil and water loss of Lanxi city, the author makes it important to construct ecological environment of soil and water conservation for local economic development and improvement of ecological environment. Nine practical countermeasures are put forward, such as the examination approval management system to set up, a complete sets of statutes to work out on the basis of the actual conditions of Lanxi soil and water conservation.
