- Abstract:
- Oil content, physico-chemical properties of the oil,composition of fatty acids, protein content, amino acid composition in seeds of Hedysarum laeve, and crude protein, fat, cellulose,starch,sugar and minerals in the twigs and leaves have been analyzed.The results show that the seeds were rich in oil and protein.The content of linoleic, oleic and lindenic in the oil accounted for 90% of the fatty acids.Compared with alfalfa, plentiful crude protein, fat, starch, sugar and calcium existed in the twigs and leaves.
