The fiber material is a new sand-fixation material. It has characteristic properties of convenient transport and reuse. This paper mainly studied the effect of the low-fiber sandbag sand-barrier on wind-breaking and sand-fixation, and analyzed the effect of wind speed profile, sediment and surface roughness about three different porosities (15%, 25%, 35%) of 1 m×1 m. As a result, the effect of the low-fiber sandbag sand-barrier has the obvious effect on wind-breaking and sand-fixation. Different specifications have different impacts. The specification of 35% has obvious ability to low wind speed. All the three means have control erosion base level, especially the specification of 15% is very good for controlling the base level of erosion. In the sand-barrier, the ground surfers are different from those of others sand barriers, and have correlation with wind directions.
