Analyzed change of the ground water level in Minqin Oasis of Shiyang River lower reaches by recent 20 years data in facet of annual change, seasonal change and spacial-temperal character. The results showed that the ground water level went down annually by strict statistics liner mode in the area; which went down in spring and went up greatly in autumn, showed minimum in summer, when it comes to winter, the ground water level began to comeback slowly in seasonal change. The ground water became lower from oasis center to desert and from Shiyang River upper reaches to lower reaches.
