Abstract:: Based on the characteristic and demand of soil and water conservation in Jixian Tianjin, the management information system on soil and water conservation in Jixian Tianjin were designed and constructed. the information system construction demand, structure of syetem, database construction, function and application were depicted, which will bring forward a new attempt for the design and applying of management information system on soil and water conservation in county.
