- Comparing to the traditional monitoring and evaluation, the participatory monitoring and evaluation is more preponderant obviously, which is more and more widely used at home.The concept of the participatory monitoring and evaluation is described simply, the method is used into monitoring and evaluating to social benefit of the project on water and soil conservation of Loess Plateau and is compared to the present method of the World Bank, its advantage and deficiency are revealed.
