- Abstract:
- Jinsha River basin of Yunnan Province is one of the most eco-fragile area with severe soil and water erosion in the west of China.Steep slope,severe soil and water loss,frequent natural disaster aggravated the situation in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River.Slope cultivated land in the basin is the land type with the strongest soil erosion,returning cultivated land to forests and grass and controlling slope cultivated land is of great strategic significance.To control the soil and water loss in essence,some suggestions are put forward such as building eco-forestry(grass) system,returning cultivated land to forest and grass,popularizing eco-agricutural model,constructing the project of the substitute of country energy sources,improving the quality of people and strengthening the awareness of law etc.
