- Based on the drought disasters of 13 cities in Heilongjiang Province,from 14 targets,such as rainfall,water resources,vegetation,soil and water conservation,selecting main factor by using principal components analysis method to regionalize quantitatively.Through comprehensively analyzing the main factor of drought in areas and spatial differences,the strategy of comprehensive anti-drought is put forward which provides basis for departments of decision-making to make out anti-drought scheme.
