Abstract:: Usually in the numerous poverty factors in the different poverty region,there is always a sort of factor rises to the leading effect.Ecological poverty is that in some regions the poverty is mainly caused by inferior ecological environment.Based on the elaborating analysis of the weak ecological environment in the mountain area of Southern Ningxia,it points out that the main foundation stone leading to the poverty in the mountain area of Southern Ningxia is the weak and continuously deteriorating ecological environment and in nature is a typical ecological poverty.The authors emphase on the analysis of the affinity between survival poverty and continuous ecological deterioration.
