- The research of the fundamentals of sandy control in Ningxia was conducted.It points out that the emphasis should be put on the realization and application of ecosystem ecology, imitating natural model and the ecological economics.The controlling steps should be both entire and comprehensive, and in agreement with natural regularity and unified with the economic, social and ecological benefits.
