- The application of soil and water conservation in Feicheng city to consolidating the basis, steps, and benefit of water resource protection are presented here,and the whole process of protecting water resource in mountain and hilly areas by applying the method for soil and water conservation is also showed.In addition, it also provides the useful exploration and some doable suggestions for the combination of the two in Shandong Province.
