There is a close relationship between soil erosion and land use.Take Huidong district, in Guangdong Province for an example,TM image is used as the main datum resource. With GIS,the analysis of soil erosion and land use is made.The datum gotten in GIS is put into SPSS and a conclusion is drawn from results, the order of relationship between soil erosion and land use is as follows: woodland,cultivated land,grass land,township. Therefore based on this,the relationship between soil erosion and land use type is analyzed in regions.
