Taking 16 national biologic rescue counties in the Loess Plateau of Shaanxi province as examples to probe into the status in quo of slope cultivated lands in this area through the methods of fieldworks, quantitative analysis and mathematical analysis. The utilization status in quo of slope cultivated lands is analyzed from all aspects. And a series of countermeasures of the reasonable exploitation fitted to the slope cultivated lands in the Loess Plateau are put forward. The result of this research will be better to soil and water conservation, the development of Shaanxi Province and the Chinese Western Exploitation Plan.
