- Comprehensive control in small watershed could make the people in mountain area become rich,and could improve environment also.The environmental benefit index,computation method,and evaluation method of environmental benefit were put forward from three aspects,i.e.natural environment,ecological environment,and social environment according to the principles of systematicness,feasibility,and simplicity.Taken Zhuanghugou small watershed of Huairou county for an example,the environmental benefit of this area was analyzed ,the result shows that the index,computation method,and evaluation method presented in this article are simple and could be put into practice.
