Aiming at characteristics of serious soil erosion and low and unstable crop productivity, crop production of Wangjiagou watershed in recent ten years is presented, after that, under the support of geographic information system, utilized crop productivity model-YIELD model, combining actual observation data of crop, from two aspects of meteorologic factor (precipitation, temperature) and cultivation measure, reasons of agricultural production changing are analyzed, and the change of soil moisture and soil nutrient affected by precipitation and soil erosion is the main factor influencing crop productivity changing.
