Based on analysis of old hard slope protection structure effect to environment and ecology,with all the experiments for slope protection of river improvement and other fields all over the world.A suggestion of bio-technical for urban river slope protection is presented.Based on them,several bio-technical river slope protection structures for different river sections were discussed in order to provide reference for river improvement.
