Abstract:: Launched comprehensive control of soil erosion, according to the plan of eco-environment construction of soil and water conservation in Sanming city proper, and put into the funds of control and supervision 101.37 million Yuan, which is 82.1% of the planed total invest. It’s 3 km² that completed control area of plant measures, which is 89% of the planed mission. The result of benefits analysis show that it’s result of economy and social are remarkable, and basically controlled soil erosion, and effectively improved the eco-environment of city proper.
