为了探索在社会经济快速发展背景下陕西省土地利用结构和功能及其生态环境效应的时空变化。基于2000年、2010年和2018年的3期土地利用遥感监测数据,以“生产—生态—生活”为主导功能分类,通过土地利用转移矩阵、生态环境质量指数、土地利用转型生态贡献率等方法,定量分析了土地利用结构的时空演变及其生态环境效应。结果表明:(1)陕西省土地利用类型分布差异较大,生产、生活用地主要分布在关中平原,生态用地主要分布陕北高原和陕南山地; 其中生态用地面积最大且呈扩张趋势,生产用地面积居中且持续下降,生活用地面积最小但扩张趋势明显。(2)土地利用类型转移变化主要表现为牧草、林地生态用地和城乡生活用地对农业生产用地的挤占;(3)生态环境质量指数小幅上升,空间上呈南部高、中部低、北部较高的格局;(4)林地、牧草生态用地和农业生产用地三者之间的相互转化是影响生态环境质量变化的主要因素。生产用地向生态用地的转化改善了生态环境质量。
In order to explore the temporal and spatial changes of land use structure and function and its ecological environment effects in Shaanxi Province under the background of rapid social and economic development, according to land use classification based on leading function of production, ecology and living, we took Shaanxi Province as the case and made use of land use change/cover data in 2000, 2010 and 2018 respectively by remote sensing interpretation obtained from Landsat TM. And then we quantitatively analyzed the characteristics of land functional structural and spatial transformation as well as its eco-environmental impacts. The methods discussed in the article included land use transfer matrix, index of regional eco-environmental quality and ecological contribution ratio of different kinds of land changes. The results showed that:(1)the distribution of land use types in Shaanxi Province was quite different; the production and living land mainly distributed in the Guanzhong Plain, and the ecological land mainly distributed in the northern Shaanxi plateau and the mountainous region of southern Shaanxi; among them, the ecological land area was the largest and tended to expand, while the production land area was of medium and continued to decline, the living land area was the smallest but tended to expand obviously;(2)the transfer of land use types was mainly manifested in the occupation of agricultural production land by grassland, ecological forestland and urban and rural living land;(3)the eco-environmental quality index rose slightly, and it showed a pattern of highest level in the south, low level in the middle, and higher level in the north;(4)the mutual transformation among agricultural production land, forestland and ecological grassland was the main factor affecting the change of ecological environment quality. The conversion of production land to ecological land has improved the quality of the ecological environment.
