如何使有限的农用地资源投入获得最大的“三生”产出是乡村振兴战略背景下人们关注的重点之一。以乡镇为研究单元,采用非期望产出的超效率SBM模型对研究区农地利用效率时空特征进行研究,Tobit模型对其原因进行了探讨。结果 表明:进贤县总体农地利用效率属于中高水平,非期望产出的效率值(EE效率)总体低于不包含非期望产出的效率(TE效率)。进贤县农地利用效率空间变化较大,大致由中北部向南部逐渐减弱,并表现出地理分布集聚的现象。2011—2017年农地利用效率的重心一直位于民和镇北部,变化较小。人为因素比自然因素更大程度地影响进贤县的农地利用效率。研究结果可为乡镇农地利用效率提升、乡村振兴提供借鉴。

How to make the limited input of agricultural land resources get the maximum output of production-living-ecological is one of the focuses under the background of rural revitalization strategy. In this study, township was selected as the research unit, the super efficiency SBM model of unexpected output was used to study the spatial and temporal characteristics of agricultural land use efficiency in the study area, and Tobit model was applied to explore the reasons. The results show that the overall land use efficiency of Jinxian County is at the middle or high level, and the efficiency value of the unexpected output(EE efficiency)is lower than that of the unexpected output(TE efficiency). The spatial variation of agricultural land use efficiency in Jinxian County is large, which is gradually weakened from the north to the south, and shows the phenomenon of geographical distribution and agglomeration. From 2011 to 2017, the focus of agricultural land use efficiency had been on the north of minhe Town with little change. Compared with natural factors, human factors have a greater impact on the efficiency of farmland use in Jinxian County. These results can be used for reference to improve the efficiency of rural land use and rural revitalization.
