县南沟流域水土保持技术适宜性评估

针对水土保持技术评估研究滞后的现实,为了给流域未来水土保持技术的选择提供参考依据,借鉴课题组构建的水土保持技术评估体系,并对各指标进行解译,得到评分标准,运用层次分析模型和Logistic回归模型,对安塞县县南沟流域目前的水土保持技术进行了评估。结果 表明:县南沟流域水土保持技术适宜性为4.1(一、二、三级指标下测算结果分别是4.167 1,4.105 7,4.094 7),已进入最高等级,为“适宜”状态,即目前所应用的水土保持技术满足水土流失治理需求。其中技术相宜性最高,在技术相宜性中,立地相宜性较高,这与专家的判断一致。反过来说,在水土保持技术选择时,首先应满足技术的相宜性,可考虑将技术相宜性作为一票否决指标。目前,县南沟流域水土保持技术体系适宜性虽已进入最高等级,但只有4.1,尚有进一步提升的空间,在今后的发展过程中,需要根据新时代背景下的新需求,研发新的水土保持技术,并进一步优化水土保持技术体系。测算结果与实际调查数据相符,验证了课题(2016YFC0503702)所建立的评估体系的合理性,揭示了水土保持技术选择和应用的本质。

In view of the fact that the research on water and soil conservation technology was lagging behind, in order to provide reference for the selection of soil and water conservation technology in the watershed in the future, the current water and soil conservation technology in the Xiannangou watershed of Ansai County was evaluated by using the analytical hierarchy process model and Logistic regression model on the basis of the water and soil conservation technology assessment system established by us. The results showed that the suitability of soil and water conservation technology in the Xiannangou watershed was 4.1,(the measured results under the first, second and third level indexes were 4.167 1, 4.105 7 and 4.094 7, respectively), and had entered the highest level of the suitability state, in which the technical suitability was the highest, indicating that the currently applied soil and water conservation technology can meet the requirements of the water and soil erosion control; in the technical suitability, the site suitability was higher, which was consistent with the expert judgment; conversely, in the selection of soil and water conservation technology, the suitability of technology should be met first, and technology suitability could be considered as a veto indicator; at present, the suitability of the soil and water conservation technology system in the Xiannangou watershed has entered the highest level with the value of 4.1, there was still room for the further improvement. In the future development process, it is necessary to develop new soil and water conservation technologies and further optimize the soil and water conservation technology system, according to the new demands in the new era. The calculated results were consistent with the actual survey data, which verifies the rationality of the evaluation system established by the Project(2016YFC0503702), and revealed the essence of the selection and application of soil and water conservation technology.
