- 以福建省9个地级市为地理单元样本，从人口、经济、资源和环境4个方面选取涉及区域可持续发展能力的相关指标，采用资产负债方法评估了这些地理单元在这4个方面的可持续发展状况及总体可持续发展状况。结果表明，这些地理单元的总体可持续发展能力强弱的排序依次为厦门、福州、泉州、三明、龙岩、漳州、莆田、南平、宁德。其中前4名的净资产得分均大于0，处于可持续的状态；而后5名的净资产得分均小于0，处于不可持续的状态。以此为基础，进一步依据最优分割方法将这些地理单元划分为4种类型：可持续发展强型（厦门、福州、泉州）、可持续发展较强型（三明）、可持续发展较弱型（龙岩、漳州、莆田、南平）、可持续发展弱型（宁德），并逐一分析了各个类型的可持续发展特征。
- Abstract:
- In this paper, 9 cities of Fujian Province were taken as geographical unit samples, the indexes from 4 aspects of population, economy, resource and enviroment, which are related to the ability of regional sustainable development were chosen, and the method of asset and debt was applied to evaluate the status of sustainable development of the 4 aspects and the total. The results showed that the total abilities of sustainable development to these geographical units from strong to weak were Xiamen, Fuzhou, Quanzhou, Sanming, Longyan, Zhangzhou, Putian, Nanping and Ningde. Among them, the net asset score of the former 4 geographical units were more than zero and they were sustainable, the latter 5 geographical units’ were less than zero and they were not sustainable. Then, these geographical units were divided further into 4 types based on the method of optimal partition, which were the strongest type (Xiamen, Fuzhou and Quanzhou), strong type (Sanming), weak type (Longyan, Zhangzhou, Putian and Nanping) and the weakest type (Ningde). Moreover, the characteristics of sustainable development to these types were analyzed.
